MUSEUM FAQ

  • Sunday – Thursday 10 am to 8 pm
  • Friday – Saturday 10 am to 9 pm
  • Tickets are valid for entry to the museum for the entire day
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your hourly slot, you forego priority entry and may be subject to a wait when arriving at the museum
  • Tickets can be bought online or at the door (Online reservations will get priority entry during high traffic periods)
  • Strollers are welcome but recommended to be checked in
  • We are handicap accessible
  • Tickets bought online are charged a service fee
  • The ID must be shown upon entry to be matched with at least one admission ticket
  • The last ticket will be scanned 45 mins before closing
  • No Food or Drinks Allowed
  • Tickets Are Non-Refundable
